General Provisions and Introduction

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement governing the use of the hhbd platform and all services included within it. By creating an account or using our services on hhbd, you are automatically considered to have accepted all provisions of these Terms.

The authority operating hhbd ("we", "the authority") reserves the right to change, amend, or cancel these Terms at any time. Eligibility and Registration

2.1 Age and Eligibility Requirements

To open an account and use services on hhbd, you must be at least 21 years of age. Any use of this platform by minors is strictly prohibited. If the age information provided during registration is found to be false, the account will be closed immediately and all balances may be forfeited.

2.2 Registration Process

When creating an account, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Required registration details include: full name, mobile number, email address, and date of birth. If any information changes, you must update it as soon as possible.

Each person may create only one account. If multiple accounts belonging to the same person are found, all accounts will be permanently closed and all deposited funds may be forfeited.

2.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

hhbd may at any time request a national ID card, passport, or other official documents to verify a user's identity. If the required documents are not submitted within the specified time, the account may be temporarily suspended and withdrawals may be restricted.

Account Management

3.1 Login Security

You are solely responsible for keeping your username and password completely confidential. Sharing your login details with any third party or allowing them to use your account is a violation of these Terms. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, change your password immediately and notify the hhbd support team.

3.2 Account Responsibility

You are responsible for all activities carried out from your account. Any bet or transaction made while logged into the account will be considered valid and final, even if you claim it was done by someone else. This is why keeping your login details secure is very important.

3.3 Inactive Accounts

If there are no transactions or logins for an extended period, the account may be marked as inactive. Specific rules will apply to such accounts, and identity verification may be required to reactivate them.

Financial Transactions

4.1 Deposits

The minimum deposit amount at hhbd is ৳100. Accepted payment methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank, BRAC Bank, and other major banks). Each deposit will be credited to the account after approval and cannot be used for any bet until it is credited.

The payment account used for deposits must be registered in your own name. Using a third party's payment account is strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension.

4.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours. The same payment methods accepted for deposits — bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer — are accepted for withdrawals.

hhbd reserves the right to complete the necessary identity verification before approving any withdrawal request. Wagering requirements must be met before withdrawing bonus funds.

4.3 Currency

All transactions on hhbd are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). Transactions in cryptocurrency or any other foreign currency are not accepted.

Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

hhbd offers new members a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳8,000. A minimum deposit of ৳100 is required to receive this bonus. For example, a deposit of ৳1,000 will earn a bonus of ৳1,500, bringing the total balance to ৳2,500.

Wagering requirements must be met before withdrawing the bonus: the bonus amount must be wagered 25 times. In the above example, the wagering requirement for a ৳1,500 bonus would be ৳1,500 × 25 = ৳37,500. The bonus cannot be withdrawn without meeting this requirement.

5.2 Detailed Bonus Terms

• Bonuses apply only to registered and verified accounts.
• A bonus may not be applied more than once to a single deposit.
• Bets placed with bonus funds will be treated the same as regular bets, though the wagering contribution may differ for certain games.
• There is a set time limit to meet wagering requirements — if the requirements are not met within the specified time after the bonus is activated, the bonus will be cancelled.
• Bonuses cannot be withdrawn directly as cash under any circumstances.

5.3 Other Promotions

Gaming Rules

6.1 Betting Rules

Every bet placed on hhbd is final and binding. In the case of an incomplete bet due to a technical issue or internet disconnection, the data recorded on the server will be considered final. If a dispute arises over the outcome of any bet, the decision of the hhbd authority will be final.

6.2 Sports Betting

The set odds and event conditions apply to bets on cricket, football, and other sports. If a match is cancelled or postponed, specific rules will apply to that bet. Separate rules may apply for betting on various tournaments including BPL, IPL, and the T20 World Cup.

6.3 Casino Games

The rules of the relevant game provider apply to all casino games, including live casino and online slots. The RTP and other information for each game can be seen within the game. hhbd reserves the right to void any abnormal win resulting from a technical error in a game.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension or permanent closure:

• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financial transactions.
• Creating multiple accounts or using another person's account to obtain bonus benefits.
• Operating an account using software, bots, or automated methods.
• Deliberately exploiting technical errors in the platform for personal gain.
• Match fixing or collusion with other users for mutual benefit.
• Conducting transactions using a third party's funds or payment methods.
• Providing false information to hhbd staff or submitting fraudulent documents.

If any such activity is proven, hhbd reserves the right to close the relevant account, forfeit all balances, and take legal action if necessary.

Limitation of Liability

8.1 Service Availability

hhbd makes every effort to keep the platform running at all times, but the service may be temporarily disrupted due to maintenance, technical issues, or external factors. hhbd is not liable for any loss caused by such disruptions.

8.2 User Responsibility

Online betting and gambling are financially risky activities. You are using the service with full awareness of this risk. hhbd is under no obligation to compensate for losses incurred through gambling.

8.3 Third-Party Services

hhbd works with various third-party game providers and payment service providers. hhbd is not directly responsible for the quality or faults of these third-party services, but will provide full cooperation in resolving any issues.

11.2 User's Right to Close Account

Any user may at any time request to close their account through the support team. Any valid balance should be withdrawn before closing the account. Any portion of a bonus balance for which wagering requirements have not been met will be cancelled.
